      I have the solution for all those who complained about the long wait: Make anappointment before you comein. Appointments allow the reps tobetter manage their time and save your time.
      My last visit tothis Spectrum Store was nothing short ofwonderful. The ServiceRep, Cuong, issuper knowledgeable and helpful. His patiently listened tomy description ofthe issue then offered the solution.

          There was three Employees inthe room, While there are 8people waiting toget served. At6:45pm, Iwanted 35minutes and there was 7Customers ahead ofme still, soI decided toleave come here tomorrow morning when itopensup,but they call myname right when Igrabbed the door ready tostep out yea They took care ofme ina timely manner, moral ofthis story isdon't gothere inthe evening they get alot ofpeople towards closing time Great service byEdgar

                Horribly slow slow, slow service. They had six reps and Iwas there for 40minutes and they still couldn’t get through aline ofsix people.

                    Cuong Isvery good Iwould have tosay definitely very sharp sales professional and very knowledgeable ofhis products inthe net work ifyou were considering high-speed Internet service aswell asthe cell phone you should stop byand talk tothis guy hegets right tobusiness maintains asense ofprofessionalism

                    the store seem tohave alot ofreally great people working there everybody was ina good mood and Iwould say this was not what Iexpected lol Iwas very pleasantly surprised hegoes

                    to agreat job sometimes the service gets alittle expensive but they are the kind ofprovider that you can always work adeal with!– show

                        One ofthe worst store ever. You have towait 1hour topick upmodem ifyou order online and chose store pickup.

                        DMV ISWAY PROFESSIONAL THAN THIS PLACE!

                        Their welcome screen isso stupid sodon’t expect them ifyou receive atext message your turn iscoming.

                        They are literally wasting your time.
                        I even went toassociate and ask for the message.

                        Once you left from the store your line isgone.

                        They are just chatting with customers oreach other.

                        Same guy onthe corner was with same custom

                        er for atleast 30minutes and laughing.
                        I never seen any store like this.
                        I checked in11—50and Ileft from the store 1—03pm.

                        Guess how much time Ispent when iwas atthe counter. Less than 1minute!

                        DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

                              They are slow, staff just chatting with each other. Some Vietnamese staff took incustomer they know that not even inline. Wewaited inline for anhour.

                                  I switched carriers from Verizon toSpectrum and itcould not have gone smoother! Maggie was awesome! She went above and beyond tomake the switch easy! Ask for her ifyou visit this store. You will not bedisappointed!

                                        After a75minute wait for returning Spectrum equipment, the rep told meI was inthe wrong place for the return & couldn't helpme. Customer service leaves alot tobe expected! Nowhere intheir stores oron Spectrum web site istheir alist oflocations where you CAN return merchandise. This bad business practice isnot goin tochange since they are the monopoly.Good luck
