McDowell has a lot of hiking trails to choose from. Many of them are on the easier side, making them very manageable for your team. In Scottsdale, 16 miles southeast from the Reach 11 Sports ComplexOdySea in the Desert resides. This unique attraction includes three live animal attractions, as well as some shopping and dining options.
At Butterfly Wonderland, you can experience the Butterfly Emergence Gallery, where metamorphosis occurs in real time, and the Conservatory, a magnificent, lush rainforest pavilion where thousands of butterflies flutter around freely. Other interactive displays include the Honeybee Extravaganza, Spineless Giants, a stingray and shark observation pool with daily feedings in the Tropical Waters of the World exhibit, the Butterfly Treasures gift shop, and the café.
At OdySea Mirror Maze, the excitement comes in getting a little lost. Figure out how to navigate your way out of the jungle, but be weary of false passages and dead ends. Finding your way out isn’t the only task you have to worry about. You also need to locate the elusive butterfly, hidden somewhere deep in the maze.
