Believe it or not, there are only four ingredients in Dole Whip – pineapple juice, soft-serve mix, water, and sugar. That's right, you read that correctly! Disney Dole Whip is actually dairy-free and vegan-friendly (more on that later)!

Dole Whip (also known as Dole Soft Serve) is a soft serve dairy-free frozen dessert created by Dole Food Company in 1984. Prior to 2023, when Dole Whip began to be sold at retailers, Dole Whip was served at Disney theme parks and Dole Soft Serve was sold elsewhere.

Dole out a smile with the much sought-after soft-serve delight known as DOLE Whip®—a popular frozen treat blended in pineapple, vanilla or swirled flavors. Frosty floats are also available. Valid admission required. A theme park reservation may be required based on admission type.

It's available in Pineapple, Strawberry, and Mango varieties, and while it sounds like a simple dessert, there's a surprising amount to unpack here. I tasted the new Dole Whip to see how it compares to the original (which is presented soft-serve-style in the theme parks), and I'll tell you all about it.
